The problem is that the valuation rolls are there for inspection before they are finalised, but the final valuation is not available. it is a public document and very useful to many businesses. Mangaung for instance was finalised for July this year but you cannot get a copy of the approved valuation roll. It should be updated with the supplementary valuation rolls and kept up to date and available on line.
